The hotel was reliable and fairly clean. The staff, from the Manager to the bellboys, were friendly, attentive, and caring. The atmosphere created was friendly. It was just off the Seda Abreeza mall, restaurants, and easily accessible through a taxi. Nice location overall.

Location is close to the mall. The people are generally courteous and helpful. The hotel also used to have tie-ups with other island resorts in Davao which our family found to be of value and sensitive to customer needs. (may need to reconsider)
The facilities and units looked old and worn-out - the place is perceived to be not as neat and fresh - as it used to be. Continuation of #4. Last visit was our 3rd time at Pearl farm but a few years ago, the tie-up with your hotel was of great value

Had a very very good stay for holidays, glad I've chosen it. The room was well-maintained and modern with nice views, a mini fridge bar, a microwave and coffee/tea makers. The bathroom was also large and included a bathtub, which I loved.
Even though everything was nice, some of the staff were exceptionally busy.

The room was pretty nice, with tea/coffee available. I liked the design and having 2 twin beds, plus a balcony. the location was great, just a short walk to Victoria Plaza Mall. I really enjoyed my stay here.
